Technical partnership for startups
Validate your product before you hire a team.
Hiring a team too early is the most expensive mistake. Pare tests your product, helps you get first traction — and delivers a system your team can take over when they're ready.

Services
Three ways we partner with you.
- 01
Project Delivery
Working output in 7–14 days. Your team continues after we leave.
We validate first: which feature is truly necessary, which assumption hasn't been tested yet? In the Plan week, scope is defined, stack and architecture are decided. In Action sprints, working output is delivered every 2 weeks — testable with real users, showable to investors. In the Evolve phase, the system is handed off to your team: we leave infrastructure ready to be taken over.

CTO as a Service
Technical leadership without a technical co-founder. Decisions get made, growth preparation begins.
You don't have the budget for a full-time CTO, but you need technical leadership. We manage the Plan phase of the PARE Method™ together: right stack, solid architecture, clear roadmap. This is our most requested service by non-technical founders. Typically your technical decision map is ready within 2–4 weeks.
For non-technical founders - 03
AI Integration
Not a demo. A production system, open to real users.
You want to add an AI feature but don't know where to start. We ask the right question first: what problem will it solve? Then we build it with the PARE Method™. OpenAI, Anthropic, RAG architectures, automation flows — not a non-working demo, but a production system open to users. First integration is typically in production within 3–6 weeks.

Founder
"Founders should focus on growing their business, not dealing with technical problems."
Over the years, working with different teams and products, I kept seeing the same problem: a team left behind code that nobody could manage. Sometimes technical debt, sometimes the wrong stack, sometimes no decisions had been made at all.
That's why I founded Pare. Not to write code for clients, but to make decisions with them — and to make sure what we leave behind can grow in their team's hands.

How We Work
PARE Method™ — four steps, no surprises.
We follow the same sequence on every project. We know what we're going to do before we start — and so do you.
-
01 — Plan
Decisions first.
We front-load decisions. Stack, architecture, scope — everything is clear before a single line of code is written. We honestly tell you in this week whether we're the right fit.
-
02 — Action
Sprint-based, continuous output.
Every 2 weeks you have something working. Sprint-end demo, feedback, next step. No more months of wondering 'where are we?'
-
03 — Report
Weekly transparency.
What we did, why we did it, what changed — openly. No surprise invoices. No surprise delays. We tell you when we're not the right fit.
-
04 — Evolve
It continues after we leave.
When we leave, the system doesn't stop. Your team understands the code, can manage the process, can progress independently. Our departure is not an end — it's a beginning.
Fit
We test for fit before we start together.
We evaluate every project inquiry. If we think we're not the right fit, we say so openly — before we start, without invoicing.
We're a good fit for
- Startup founders who want to launch or accelerate their product quickly
- Teams struggling to build or manage a technical team
- Companies with an existing product stuck with infrastructure they can't hand off or scale
We're not a good fit for
- Those who just want code written without involving us in the product side
- Those looking for the cheapest solution without prioritizing quality or long-term structure
- Teams that constantly change direction and can't make decisions
